Innovative Training is open for applications.

Identifying gaps in the training available and supporting industry experts to create training courses and materials to fill these gaps.

FFF Ltd can provide a grant of up to £4000 per course developed.

• Increase the skills and techniques through new training events identified by the sector.

• Work with industry experts, and businesses to identify the detail and content of training.

• Develop or adopt a suitable standard template for the structure of the courses.

• Pilot courses and evaluate the results.

• Promote new courses.

• Make new courses available through open sources.

The overall programme aim is to maximise productivity, efficiency and profitability through developing industry competent staff.
