Important Changes to Funding: Last call for renewing registrations (May 2023)

We have had a fantastic response to our Skills Development funding for 2023.

Our funding is limited, and we now move to focus on encouraging new entrants into the sector. Therefore we will be restricting our funding over the coming months.

What is changing?

FFF will be closed to renewed registrations into the Skills Development Scheme from 5pm on Wednesday 31 May 2023.

This means if your registration has expired since 2020, you will not be able to renew your registration after this date. If you have previously registered with FFF, complete our registration/renewal form before this deadline.

If you have an existing Training Agreement, you will not be able to amend it after this date - you must send any changes to us before this deadline.

Registrations will remain open for businesses that have never registered with us.

What’s next?

Registrations into the Skills Development Scheme will close completely from 5pm on Friday 30 June 2023.

You will be able to continue to book your agreed training until at least December 2023.

This will be reviewed in the coming months and could reopen to those who have expressed interest if training is completed slower than expected.

We will then be focusing on our next Knowledge Transfer programme which will run for the rest of the year. Keep an eye out for updates regarding this.

Please Note: We have a smaller team now, as we work part-time and from home, our preferred method of communication is by emailing info@focusonforestryfirst.co.uk.
