Course Evidence Submission
Please use the form below to submit the evidence and claim invoice for your Skills Development course.

Notice to all Training Providers:
From Wednesday 3 February 2023, we will accept evidence using the following documents:
1. Invoice
2. Attendance Register.
3. ‘Proof of Pass’ document from the Assessor / Certification.
Evidence must be submitted withing 6 weeks of the course completion/assessment date provided.
