Important Changes to Funding: Last call for Professional Pathways applications.
As we enter the last year of the programme we are now taking some action to focus the remaining funding.
What is changing?
We are closing the Professional Pathways Scheme first. The last date you will be able to submit an application for this scheme for the next academic year will be Wednesday 31st March 2021.
Why is this changing?
Forestry Focused Future has been a great success support a wide range of trees and timber businesses in Wales. It is therefore important that we begin now to look at what we spend money on to deliver the sector and WG priorities.
This way we can honour our commitments and close the scheme on target early next year. We only have fixed funding, so we have taken the hard decision and we are closing Professional Pathways now.
What does this mean for you?
If you already have a Professional Pathways training agreement, FFF will still honour the level of support already agreed.
If you have already applied, but not yet received your agreement for any reason please contact us to discuss this as soon as possible.
If you have not yet applied for the Professional Pathways Scheme but wish to be included in the next academic year, please submit your application form to us before close of play on Wednesday 31st March 2021. After this date, unfortunately, we will be unable to process your application as entry the scheme will be closed.
