The form helps us understand a little about you, your business or organisation and what you would like to get from the programme. The information you provide will help us identify the most appropriate next steps and, where relevant, assess your eligibility for Skills Development Support.

Before you start

To complete the registration form, you may need the following information to hand, depending on your circumstances:

• Your contact details, including your email address and telephone number.

• Your Welsh address.

• Business or organisation details, including your company or organisation registration number where applicable.

• Your Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) if you are self-employed or registering as a sole trader.

• Details of your connection to the Forestry & Timber sector, including the type of forestry or timber activity you are involved in.

• Information about your role or circumstances, including whether you are an employee, business owner, sole trader/self-employed, new entrant or another relevant participant.

• Some information about your current skills, experience and development needs if you are interested in Skills Development Support.

• Any training or development you are currently considering, where relevant.

• Ideas for Knowledge Transfer topics or issues that would be useful to you or your organisation.

Please only complete the form once. If you are interested in both Skills Development Support and Knowledge Transfer, you can tell us this within the same form.
